After a lot of planning, mom and dad's 25th anniversary went off with out any trouble i was very pleased with the whole thing.... unfortunately it was not a complete surprise because a guest called dad that morning to RSVP instead of me... but o well. 
They were still surprised to see certain friends and family. They seemed to enjoy themselves and after the party (and the tear down/clean up) we treated them to the dinner that was originally promised to them (that was our way of getting them to the party) but of all places they were just happy going to RoadHouse. I was really glad to see that all of naomi and my own planning paid off to see them so happy !
