Thank you for the prayers

Gracie's shots went as well as could be expected, she got a total of 4, two in each leg. She cried for a little while, but Dr. Williams let her play with a tongue depressor and that seemed to distract her from the pain. I was afraid that she would have a reaction to the new shots...Chicken Pox, Measles, and Flu vaccinations, but we got a way with them just making her extra tired, which is a lot better than the possible side-affects the nurse read off to me.
And thank goodness, Naomi had the first uneventfull birthday in three years. We went to Wings and More in the Woodlands and then came home for cake and presents. She is still my little sister, it's always hard to think that we are getting OLD, but i guess that's what happens :). I'm just glad she got to enjoy herself this year...no family deaths, no car accidents, and no one was hospitalized. (funny thing is two of the three were my fault).
Happy 19th Birthday NA!!! Hope it's a great year!!
